Transfers between stores

Move stock from one location to another on Pro. Needs inventory.transfer and a live connection on web.

Transfers move on-hand from a source store to a destination store in the same organisation. They are a Pro feature. Free shops still sell and restock on a single till.

Before you start

  • Pro plan with stock transfers included
  • At least two store locations
  • inventory.transfer permission
  • Internet on web — transfers are not an offline queue

    Open Transfers

    Web sidebar or Profile → Operations → Stock transfers. If you are on Free, you will see an upgrade card instead of the desk.

    New transfer

    Pick source and destination, add lines from the source catalogue, then send. Stock leaves the source and lands at the destination in the same step — the transfer is marked received. Cancel is only for records still requested or in transit.
