Subscribe to Pro

Phone: App Store or Google Play. Web: card or mobile money. One active Pro per organisation — do not pay twice.

One organisation, one Pro. On the phone you pay through the App Store or Google Play. On the web you pay with card or mobile money. Both unlock the same plan — do not pay twice.

On the phone

Open Subscribe while signed in. Manage or cancel in the App Store or Google Play (or the subscription screen in the Stockdey app). After payment confirms, web unlocks from the same Pro — tap Refresh status if the dashboard still shows Free.

On the web

    Open billing

    Settings → Billing, or the Pro unlock screen if you signed in on Free. Needs subscription.manage (or settings.manage). Internet required to pay.

    Pay on the web

    Monthly or yearly. Charged in Ghana cedis (USD list converted). This is a one-time period, not auto-renew — pay again before it ends to extend (stacked from the current end).

If billing lapses

  • Past due or expired drops the org to Free limits. You can still sell within Free caps (20 products, 20 sales/day on the mobile till).
  • Web / PC needs Pro — staff (non-owner) see a lock until the owner renews.
  • A live online storefront stays up but shows a pause instead of going fully offline.
  • Cash on the till still works if billing cannot be reached — the shop uses the last cached plan.
