Terms of Use

By using Stockdey (the Android / iOS apps, web dashboard, public shop pages, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use Stockdey for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

Stockdey provides offline-first point-of-sale and inventory tools for shops. Features may differ by plan (Free vs Pro). We may update the product to improve reliability, security, and compliance.

You are responsible for account credentials, device unlock settings, and the accuracy of business data you enter. You must have the rights to content you upload (for example product photos and logos).

You may request account and data deletion at stockdey.com/account-deletion or by emailing hello@stockdey.com.

Pro subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. On Android, Google Play handles billing. Payment processing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation follow the applicable store's rules and policies.

For the iOS app on the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to the licensed application.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store account settings. Manage or cancel under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android).

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or use Stockdey for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create a security risk.

Stockdey is provided on an “as available” basis. Offline selling depends on your device; sync requires connectivity. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses from network outages, incorrect user-entered data, or third-party printers and payment apps.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the app or by email when appropriate.
